A thousand-year-preserved residence restored into a resort with 10 apartments and 20 bedrooms, park, pool and tennis, for sale in Perugia. In the basement, the former refectory is a banqueting room with three central arches with exposed brick and a fireplace, a perfect tavern equipped with a kitchen, access to the garden and a bathroom.
