At the ground floor the entrance gives access to a study that can be easily transformed into a double/twin bedroom, a dining room with open kitchen and an ancient working fireplace, a guest cloakroom, a utility laundry room, a winter garden, and a large & spacious living room with wood burning stove and a comfortable service bathroom.
The garden can be accessed from the dining area, the winter garden or from the living room in front of which there is a dining table with a retractable overhead pergola that can be adjusted for sun or shade.
On the first floor we have 3 air conditioned bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the large upper terrace and 3 bathrooms.
